Taking photographs is something I have always enjoyed, and there has been a camera in my bag ever since I can remember. I have boxes of albums at home.

Capturing images of real life as it happens is exciting, exhilarating and gives me an enormous amount of job satisfaction. I am a real people watcher and love faces. Taking pictures of the emotions people are feeling shows their characters and makes my images so interesting to both myself and my clients.

I am self-taught and have also undertaken many training courses in Weddings and Portraiture. Entering competitions with the various professional photography associations to which I belong is something I enjoy and drives me forward to improve my skills still further. I have received several awards  in these and am always working towards a higher level of skill

I hold Licentiateship qualifications with the Society of Wedding and Portraits Photographers and the National Photographic Society, as well as Qualified status with the Guild of Professional Photographers

I shoot with Olympus cameras and carry spare kit to all shoots. I am also fully insured.

Away from work, I live in the lovely market town of Harleston with my husband Malcolm. Even here I still have my camera with me out on walks or on holiday. If I am at home you will probably find me relaxing on the sofa with a crime novel, or catching up on the latest TV Box Set, or more likely, just daydreaming about planning my next model shoot in the studio!

I am an experienced horse rider and instrucior and enjoy spending time with my horsey friends, although I am not lucky enough to have one of my own anymore due to my work committments.
